The arrogant judge Stefan Mortensen suffers from an almost fatal stroke, which has been partially paralyzed and imprisoned in a retirement home. Staff resistant and away from his friendly roommate, Mortensen will soon be at odds with a seemingly gentle resident Dave Crealy, who secretly terrorizes the home with a sadistic game called “Rule Jenny Pen”; considering dementia as a tool for cruelty. What begins when childish torture rapidly grows much wicker and disturbing to events. When the petitions of Mortensen are left unanswered, he takes it to him to end Crealy’s terror term.
