Chronology
Charles, a retired man, gets a new lease on life when he answers a private investigator ad and becomes a mole in a secret investigation into a nursing home. Based on the Chilean documentary “El Agente Topo”.
These actors only get better with age and are wonderfully cast in this sweet comedy series!
I’m 67 years old and it’s been so wonderful to see so many actors of our generation and their great comedic styles. The script gets a little lost in trying to solve the mystery and gets deeper with the characters’ storylines.
It’s not really a mystery
That’s okay because you get a good idea of who the culprit is about halfway through. You don’t mind that it’s not really a mystery because you’re just having fun watching these golden old men work and show off their stuff.

Just a tribute to how brave you have to be a senior citizen and still be active and feel seen in our youth-oriented society. What a sweet tribute to those who support us and help us navigate the minefields of aging this series was.
