Miami, 1991. When his bloodthirsty desires can no longer be ignored, young Dexter Morgan must learn to channel his inner darkness, going from a student to a vengeful serial killer under the watchful eye of his father, Harry. Christian Slater is older than James Remar was when Dexter (2006) first aired. Next up is Dexter: Resurrection (2025). Thank you for this series, and most importantly, it is almost impossible for it to have a bad ending this time. This is exactly what I personally and I think most Dexter fans needed after the disastrous finale of the new blood. I can’t wait for the next episode, the vibes from the original series hit so hard, the cast seems like a great choice overall, the lead actor with Halls’ voice in the background is almost like he’s playing all over again. The music and songs are wonderful, the script is also very good for a pilot episode, everything seems to be going in the right direction, but I’m so afraid to be happy because this is exactly how we all felt with the new blood. But hey, at least we have Dexter back. One Hundred Years of Solitude is one of the biggest TV and streaming releases this month. Check out our December calendar for more!
